Earth Ascending on "I Vapor Breath"

Guest Composer: Eastman School of Music
Elainie visits The Eastman School of Music as a guest, Monday 12 November 2012. Her visit includes a lecture and performances on an Eastman EA concert at 8:00pm.
Guest Composer: Indiana University
Elainie visits Indiana University's Jacobs School of Music as a guest, Tuesday and Wednesday, 25-26 October 2012. Yellow Barn Residency with DueEast
In September, December, and April (2013) Elainie will joins DueEast Ensemble (Erin Lesser, flute and Greg Beyer, percussion.) for an artist residency at Yellow Barn in Putney, Vermont. In addition to composing, Elainie will work with DueEast at the Putney Central School system, exploring electroacoustic music using iPads. Poet Wally Swist joins the group in September and April, working with students to create haiku that will ingetrate with the electroacoustic pieces.
